Alternative Worldz: Atlanta (Adam & Eve) This was my first movie that I ever made. I had an idea to make an erotic documentary on all these pierced and tattooed alternative lifestyle people in Atlanta. Adam & Eve liked it too, so off I went to Georgia. I had never made a movie before and in fact, had never been on a movie set. I was supposed to only produce (which I thought meant hanging out with the girls and making them my patented onion dip*). Things went askew when the intended director ran into heavy interference with his live in girlfriend, leading him to bail from the project. Though petrified for the first 15 minutes or so, I discovered that I REALLY loved directing and we spent 2 solid weeks of filming and over 50 hours of footage. Only later did I learn most adult films are shot within 3 day and never over 10 hours of footage. While in post production, I thought it would be great to build the soundtrack with all of these great Atlanta based bands. In addition, I befriended all of the people who were associated with the project including She Devil Vixen who moved to Los Angeles and is now a bonafied porn star working under the name Jade Starr. When I completed the movie, I found out that it fell into a new and exciting genre of adult films called Alt-Porn. This led to friendships with Eon Mckai, Benny Profane and Joanna Angel.
